At The Glam Life NZ, each booking is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit.
For wedding and large bookings, at least 4–8 weeks notice is required. Late cancellations may be charged up to the full booking amount.
In the event of a no-show, the full service fee may be charged.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests where possible.

To secure your booking, the following payment terms apply:

• A non-refundable deposit (20%–30%) is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the service date (typically 7–14 days before for larger bookings).
• For smaller bookings, payment may be made on the day unless otherwise agreed.
• All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• If GST is not included in listed prices, it will be clearly stated at the time of booking or invoicing.

Deposits are applied toward your total booking cost.

The Glam Life NZ is a mobile service, and travel may be required depending on your location.

• Travel within central Auckland may be included or charged at a standard rate.
• For locations requiring more than 15 minutes of travel, a fee of $1 per kilometre will apply.
• Additional costs such as parking or extended travel time may be included where applicable.

All travel costs will be clearly confirmed prior to booking, so there are no surprises.
